1. What we collect

Identity information: name, contact details, government ID, and Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN), collected as part of our verification process.
Shipment information: item description, weight, declared value, and delivery address.
Payment information, processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card details ourselves).

2. Why we collect it

We use this information to verify your identity, screen shipments for prohibited or restricted items, prepare export and customs documentation, book and track your shipment, and comply with our legal obligations as a freight forwarder.

3. Who we share it with

Our carrier (Caribbean Airlines Cargo) and UK customs broker, to move and clear your shipment.
Jamaica Customs, JSWIFT, UK Border Force, HMRC, or other relevant authorities, where required by law or where we reasonably believe a shipment may be unlawful.
Our identity verification and screening provider, to confirm your identity and check against sanctions and watch lists.
Our UK receiving and forwarding partner, to deliver your shipment to its final UK address.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. How long we keep it

We retain shipment and verification records for as long as required to meet our legal, customs, and tax obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
